Okay then, after having smoothened out the edges I carved out some pockets to add some turning space for the wheels. Then I wood-stained and varnished the board. I borrowed some trucks, bearings, wheels and risers from Felix, who still had some spares and this is the way it looks now. Only things missing are the griptape and some ubercool graphics on the bottom :D
